RFP for Software System to Manage Eviction Prevention Program
MaineHousing requesting proposals from experienced and qualified certified vendors who can provide and assist with the implementation of comprehensive, modern, and secure software to manage a newly created Eviction Prevention Program (the “Program”). Deadline for submission is July 18, 2024 @ 5pm.

2023 State of Maine Housing Study
The passage of LD 2003 required the state to set specific housing production goals. Over the past year, the State of Maine DECD, the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, and MaineHousing engaged an outside consultant to conduct a comprehensive housing needs analysis to assess the availability and affordability of housing in the state.
