Cleaning, Tuning, and Evaluating (CTE) your heating system is an important part of making sure it is working well. A yearly CTE may also help keep your home safe and reduce your heating bills. CTEs help your heating system run more efficiently which is also helpful for the environment. CTEs may also help extend the life of your heating system because the service may help find small problems before they become bigger issues.

CTEs are provided through the Central Heating Improvement Program (CHIP). The benefit amount is based on the actual cost of the CTE and is paid directly to the vendor that will provide the CTE.
