2024-2025 Notice of Funding Availability for Winter Overnight Warming Shelters
MaineHousing is allocating funds to address the continuing crisis of unsheltered homelessness during the winter months of 2024-25. This Notice of Funding Availability invites applications for funding of overnight warming shelters to become operational by November 15, 2024 and operate until April 30, 2025. Deadline for submission is August 23, 2024 @ 5pm.

2023 State of Maine Housing Study
The passage of LD 2003 required the state to set specific housing production goals. Over the past year, the State of Maine DECD, the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, and MaineHousing engaged an outside consultant to conduct a comprehensive housing needs analysis to assess the availability and affordability of housing in the state.
