RFP - HMIS Lead Agency

MaineHousing is posting the RFP on behalf of the Maine Continuum of Care (MCoC).  The MCoC is requesting proposals from experienced, qualified, and professional entities who can effectively transition into the role of Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency for the MCoC by January 1, 2026. Deadline for submissions is July 11, 2025 @ 5pm.
