A public hearing on the proposed waiver to increase the amount of FFY 2021 HEAP funds which may be used for low-cost residential weatherization and other energy-related home repair, including the Central Heating Improvement Program, from 15% to 25% is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
