Public Comment - Substantial Amendment to 2021 Annual Action Plan

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT AND DRAFT AVAILABILITY
SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO 2021 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN - HTF
The Maine State Housing Authority is drafting a Substantial Amendment to the Annual Action Plan for 2021 and encourages citizens to comment.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the State of Maine to publish an Annual Action Plan. This Substantial Amendment includes the use of HUD funds for the following program administered in the state:
- Housing Trust Fund (HTF)
This programs receives $3 million in annual allocations.
The draft Substantial Amendment is available on the Internet at www.mainehousing.org/policy-research/federal-funds .
MaineHousing will hold a public hearing to gather comments on the draft Substantial Amendment on August 3, 2021 at 2 pm at Maine State Housing Authority, 26 Edison Drive, Augusta, Maine.
