Notice of Public Hearing on revisions to U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Plan, the 2024 Annual State Plan and adding ICAST as a new subgrantee working in the Weatherization Program.

MaineHousing will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed changes to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) rules, the 2024 Annual State Plan and the addition of ICAST as a new subgrantee at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. A copy of the proposed changes to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) State Plan is available at MaineHousing’s offices in Augusta and on MaineHousing’s website: www.mainehousing.org.

Oral comments may be presented at the hearing. Written comments will be accepted upon publication of this Notice until close of business on April 3, 2024.
