Notice of Meeting of State’s Private Activity Bond Issuers

A meeting of the issuers of private activity bonds in the State of Maine will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the office of Maine State Housing Authority (“MaineHousing”) at 26 Edison Drive, Augusta, Maine concerning the allocation of the State’s volume cap on private activity bonds for calendar year 2024 pursuant to 10 M.R.S. §363(1-A). The meeting is open to the public. The meeting room is accessible to persons with physical disabilities, and upon sufficient notice, appropriate communication auxiliary aids and services will be provided.
