LIHEAP Proposed State Plan Public Hearing

A public hearing on the proposed State Plan for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, 2017, immediately following the public hearing for the Home Energy Assistance Program Rule changes that is scheduled to start at 9:30 am.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments pertaining to MaineHousing’s proposed Fiscal Year 2017-2018 State Plan for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

MaineHousing will conduct the public hearing in the 4th floor Board Room of its offices located at 353 Water Street, Augusta, Maine. The meeting is open to the public.

Oral comments may be presented at the hearing. Written comments must be submitted no later than 11:00 am, Friday, June 30, 2017 to Kathy Kinch, Manager of LIHEAP and Financial Reporting, at the above address or at [email protected].
