MaineHousing Calendar

MaineHousing has scheduled three forums for discussion of the 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (for scoring low income housing tax credit applications). These are probably the best opportunities for practitioners and advocates to weigh in with any suggestions for changes to the current version of the QAP, as a draft could be offered for consideration by the MaineHousing board of commissioners as early as next month… and in reality, changes are much less likely to occur after that step in the process. The details for the three QAP forums are as follows:

• Friday, March 9^th from 2:30-4:30pm in the MaineHousing board room in Augusta
• Tuesday, March 13^th from 9-11am at the Wishcamper Center at USM in Portland
• Friday, March 16^th from 1-2:30pm at Penquis in Bangor
